RPG Shooter

(Working Title, Prototype)

Introduction:

RPG Shooter is a prototype I created with 2 artists and 1 marketing team member in 2 weeks.

 

Engine:

Unity3D

 

Platform:

PC

 

Gameplay:

Player controls the main character try to avoid the monsters' attack while trying to rescue companions and collect coins.

Different companions have different attack radius and range, different number of companions would form different formations. Also, player can dash to move faster while the Dash Meter is not empty.

Details:

This is one of the prototypes I worked on while I was working in WALO International Ltd.

Since only me and 2 artists and 1 marketing team member are assigned on this project and the time given was really limited, the game was rather raw.

I was the only engineer on the team so all the game logics are done by me, including the monster spawning, different monster behaviors, companions formations, etc.

I also worked on the animation and the tile scrolling.

 

But at the end this prototype didn't make through.
